Your responsibilities:
- You will set operational targets to ensure customer satisfaction and improved NPS.
- You will achieve established targets through regular oversight and definition of improvement actions.
- You will be owning the Product Line P&L, focuses on business performance rather than operational performance
- You will directly drives the SEOP (Sales, Engineering, Operations) process across the full value chain
- You will drive the Product Line business including Sales, Engineering, PM, HR, SCM and Finance through continuous improvement.
- You will manage the transition to the new business model.
- You will be responsible for sustainable & profitable growth and market position of the portfolio.
- You will take management lead in front of customer for major incidents- operational or commercial
- You will drive synergies among units by leveraging Hub resources.
- You will coordinates with Global Product Group on strategy deployment on behalf of the Hub, involving Hub functions as appropriate.
- You will leverage from the company's new tools and processes needed by the Hub.
- You will participate in setting annual budgets and is responsible for their execution.
- You will define resource allocation within Product Line functions.
- You will work on a more pervasive lean cultural transformation.
- You will involve systemizing the Long-term thinking, Elimination of waste, People development (respect & challenge) and problem solving (organization learning through Kaizen).

Your background:
- You hold bachelor's degree.
- Rounded experience in the industry in similar roles.
- Business acumen and strong understanding of manufacturing economics.
- Strong in strategic and systemic thinking.
- Good commercial knowledge and confidence to set price levels against available market intelligence data.
- Remarkable customer management experience, likely to be involved in closing some of the larger deals with competitors of the transformer business.
- Able to encourage and drive (and possibly even design) the Sales organizations.
- Portfolio management experience would be excellent to have.
- Finest leadership and communication skills.
- Practical and experienced approach to solve issues.
