The expected annual salary range for this role is $142312.5 - $208725.0 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What you'll do:
As a Product Line Manager, you will be supporting the growth and profitability of the North American Lighting portfolio for harsh, hazardous and industrial applications. You will have the opportunity to work across a global organization with numerous cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations and Sales.
In this role you will:
- Use analytics driven by digital, customer and market data to draw conclusions and devise action plans.
- Coordinate the product development process to insure timing of product introduction and acceptance in the market.
- Recommend and initiate changes in current products and pricing necessary to maintain and increase sales and profits in accordance with corporate goals and policy.
- Align Customer needs with Operations capability through rigorous demand planning and SIOP processes.
- Plan and determine product pricing policy consistent to obtain optimum volume and market position.
- Prepare pricing and proposals for special products within assigned product families, as requested, by special products, pricing and proposals administrator.
- Resolve product inconsistencies arising from manufacturing and engineering inquiries, changes in vendor supplies, and customer complaints.

Qualifications:
Basic (Required) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or business from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of five (5) years of engineering, project management, marketing, or field sales experience with technical products.
- Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects with competing priority.
- Electrical or Industrial product industry experience, HAZLOC experience a plus
- Experience with Lighting or LED technologies.
- Desire for future leadership
- Industrial or lighting experience
- Hazardous location experience
