Job Summary:

As the Lead PMO Digital APP, you will oversee multiple complex programs and projects within the Nike APP and Nike.COM portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and the successful delivery of outcomes. You will work closely with technical engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution across programs. This role requires a strategic mindset, advanced project/program management expertise, and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization. This position reports to the Director of GC Tech Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end execution of high-visibility, cross-functional programs within the Digital APP portfolio, balancing agile and waterfall methodologies as needed.
Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to align program objectives with business and technology strategies.
Provide strategic oversight and guidance to ensure portfolio delivery meets organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.
Build and manage effective working relationships with global, multicultural, and cross-geographical teams.
Influence decision-making at all levels, demonstrating excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ensure consistent reporting and visibility into program health, key risks, and dependencies across teams.
Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation, ensuring financial discipline.
Develop and enforce governance standards, tools, and templates tailored to program needs.
Mentor and support team members, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
Continuously improve processes, leveraging industry best practices and organizational feedback.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
7+ years of program and portfolio management experience, with a proven track record of managing high-complexity technical programs.
Advanced knowledge of project/program management methodologies (PMP certification; Agile/Scrum experience preferred).
Strong understanding of e2e digital application delivery in highly technical environments.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills, with the ability to manage upwards.
Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar toolsets.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, working independently, and making sound decisions under pressure.
Proven ability to build relationships and instill trust with senior leadership and diverse teams.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Fluency in English (both written and oral) is a must with previous international experience/exposure desired.
