Digital Supply Chain Manager - NIKE RETAIL SERVICES INC - Beaverton , OR. Lead a team of Business Analysts that drive enhancements/processes to Nike's Digital supply Chain & digital consumer experience; engage with multiple stakeholders across Marketplace Operations, Supply Chain, NDDC, Finance and Nike Digital Product; align Digital Supply Chain portfolio priority management with both Business and Supply Chain teams; identify and recommend opportunities for improving efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain and develop/innovate new capabilities within the supply chain; determine how new information technologies can support reengineering of business processes and new capabilities; lead, own, and participate in projects and programs that support the overall supply chain strategy; drive insights into actions by evaluating and understanding business operations; maintain and lead owned processes while bringing a continuous improvement mentality for the team; leverage and improve root cause behind performance KPI's to maximize service and drive business decisions; ensure quality, on-time relevant information is in place to ensure transparency and visibility for internal partners; lead the roll out of new processes, analytical tools and solutions, providing training on when and how they should be used; and provide Quality Assurance to self-service solutions developed and maintained by the team. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, HI, MT, NC, ND, SD, VT, and WY.

Employer will accept Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Political Science and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or analyst-related occupation.
