JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for managing Supply Chain Customer Account Specialist (SCCAS) Team members or other related that handle all the daily operational aspects of supply chain management in their assigned customer facility. This position oversees team members who are responsible for monitoring and trending supply usage in customer facility, ordering and stocking supplies, serves as the main contact for supply and service vendors of the center, and is responsible for ensuring the departments within the center are compliant to the committed Health System's service and supply contracts. Priorities for this position include daily oversight of each team members work and productivity within their assigned locations, guide, and direct team members so they can successfully manage their locations and provide the quality customer experience that our large strategic customers require.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- OverseeSCCAS team efforts acting as a liaison and central point of contact for internal Henry Schein departments, including, but not limited to Business Development Executives, Sales Representatives, Customer Account Specialists, Inventory Management, Distribution, Transportation, Supply Chain Technology, eCommerce, and others that may be required to support our large customers.
- Delegate projects as well as tasks to SCCAS team members and follow up to ensure they have been completed in a timely manner.
- Work to ensure regular flow of communication on current and ongoing projects and tasks as well as overall processes.
- Update and create standard operating procedures as needed.
- Track and review inventory data in the inventory Management tool to ensure that up-to-date information is being entered as well as making sure reporting is available for review by all leaders.
- Promote the use of the inventory management tool to SCCAS team members.
- Continually review the assigned locations key performance indicators to assure the supply chain process is being handled in the most efficient manner.
- Develop new ideas on how to increase efficiency by collaborating with other teams, accessing resources and the most up-to-date tools, and evaluating feedback from all stakeholders to be able to provide the highest quality supply chain process possible for large accounts.
- Train new employees on standard operating procedures, tasks, or new programs.
- Develop and update training manuals as well as on new project management tools enhancements, changes, upgrades either by MS Teams or in person training.
- Ensure that all procedures and processes are adhered to by team members.
- Create and deliver presentations for SCCAS team members, management, sales team, and customers. These presentations will be given via MS Teams or in person.
- Engage, Present, and onboard solutions offered by Henry Schein that will add value to our customers' full supply chain process.
- Receive and investigate inquiries regarding onsite supply chain management concerns or other issues and take appropriate action to evaluate and resolve concerns and communicate information in an expedient manner by interacting with various departments and customer contacts.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 7 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; first-level manager.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.
The posted range for this position is $84,355-$131,805, which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
