Job Summary
APAC Technology Alliance Manager at NetApp is a critical role in crafting and executing programs and intiatives with our technology alliance partners that drive significant business outcomes. This role demands a forward-thinking leader with a proven ability to build, manage, and grow high-impact partnerships. The person will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of these partnerships, from initial engagement through to implementation and ongoing management.
Job Responsibilities
- Build strong relationship with the key alliance partners like Cisco, Broadcom, Nvidia, and back up vendors. Will act as the primary liaison between Netapp and these key partners, ensuring mutual growth and success.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with senior leaders at our technology partners. Develop and execute joint go-to-market programs, ensuring both parties are aligned on objectives and timelines.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across APAC to ensure alignment on partnership objectives. This includes collaboration with sales, marketing, product development, and other key functions.
- Responsible for executing joint events, programs and GTM plans
- Identify new alliance partners in line with NetApp strategies

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the APAC Technology Alliance manager will have the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with a demonstrable ability in alliances management
- Broad experience in a matrixed environment
- Ability to think strategically while executing at a tactical level, ensuring both long-term success and immediate impact.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills to build good working relationships across all functions
- Willingness to travel internationally occasionally as needed, up to 25-50%
