What will you do?
As the Alliance Program Manager you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a tactical relationship with targeted system integrators (SI) and EPCs in Quebec at every level.
You will ensure that we develop, grow and nurture best in class system integrators and EPCs by leveraging our Alliance Partner program.
You will drive new business to, and through, these partners first by formulating a business plan with each of key SI partners. The business plan may include, but not limited to, training schedule for sales/engineers, develop marketing plan, and create a joint account plan to identify existing and new opportunities.
The main goal is to manage the program while growing the SI and EPCs accounts with the Industrial Automation portfolio.

- Work collaboratively with personnel across Schneider Electric business units including, but not limited to consulting engineering specialists, systems architecture engineer, sales teams (End User, OEM, etc.), and channel management roles, to drive new business.
- Ensure a smooth transition of new business from sales to delivery by System Integrators /Alliance Partners
- Provide feedback on partner wants and needs to the Schneider Electric strategic portfolio function
- Ensure compliance with Schneider Electric sales processes and business approval requirements
- Coach partner's sales and delivery leaders on client relationship management issues
- Identify System Integrator and EPC partners with expertise in different segments / applications, who can influence specifications and deliver solutions to End Users.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or diploma in a relevant discipline
- 5+ years of technical sales experience
- Technical and commercial knowledge of HMI, PLC, Drives, SCADA and industrial applications
- Excellent communication, presentation and customer relationships skills
- Experience in channel management (preferred)
- Ability and desire to travel regionally up to 75%
- Functional knowledge of English and French is required. Must be able to work with stakeholders located in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and internationally.
