The Institutional Consulting Solutions business drives the product management, sale and service of Advisor led workplace offerings for corporate clients, non-profits, endowments and foundations and government entities across market segments. Position Summary:
As the ICS Regulatory Operations Associate within ICS Budapest team under ICS Business Operations, Insights and Execution, you will be responsible for helping to ensure that our fiduciary obligations are met by assisting with performance reporting across different 3rd party tools, addressing any day-to-day inquiries and requests that may arise, performing regularly scheduled self-testing, ensuring accuracy in any reporting provided by the ICS Budapest team. You will help to support the broader team narrative by collaborating with a variety of business partners to analyze and identify trends, as well as unify any differences in processes. The role also includes responsibilities such as supporting day to day functions like organizing team meetings, sharing best practices, and the development and distribution of other resources to drive team efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
- Perform functions related to performance reporting across various platforms depending on the client base (i.e. PARis, Envestnet, etc.) including but not limited to entry of information from client statements and performing related QA functions.
- Prepare ad-hoc reporting related to performance reporting and/or other initiatives in line with business needs, gathering required data attributes.
- Provide administrative support to the Retirement Sales team with sales proposal creation and prospecting initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with various cross functional and global partners.
- Perform self-testing on functions executed by the Budapest team to ensure adherence to set guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with the business to identify and implement process improvements for efficiency gains.
- Address any issues or questions that may come up related to projects handled by ICS Budapest in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Teams channels and SharePoint, to enable efficient collaboration across the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of relevant financial services industry, analytics and data, project management, strategy, or related experience preferred.
- Candidate is highly motivated and takes initiative.
- Candidate is driven to learn and grow, not afraid to ask questions and raise their hand, and shows general interest in internal growth.
- Positive contributor to our team's culture, with a focus on empathy, giving back and teamwork.
- Clear and confident communicator and has excellent presentation skills in the English language.
- Demonstrates effective time management, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL and Dataiku a plus.
