DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Global Regulatory Affairs Manager, Product Safety and Cybersecurity to join our team for Cummins in Belgium.
This is a remote job which can be practiced from multiple locations in Europe.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Determine and prioritize emerging product safety and cybersecurity regulations globally, with a primary focus on the EU, to ensure timely compliance and proactive strategy development.
- Contribute to the creation of the annual operating plan for strategy projects, aligning regulatory efforts with broader business objectives.
- Cultivate and expand product regulatory sensory networks to stay informed on potential and emerging safety and cybersecurity regulations, fostering strategic partnerships and information exchange.
- Organize and lead cross-functional teams to develop regulatory positions on product safety and cybersecurity, collaborating with Business Units (BUs), technical staff, and leadership to ensure alignment.
- Critically develop competitive product safety and cybersecurity regulatory positions that reflect Cummins' core values, advocating for clear, tough, and enforceable standards.
- Strategically create and execute product safety and cybersecurity regulatory advocacy strategies to influence regulations and ensure favorable outcomes for the company.
- Lead persuasive communications—both written and verbal—on product safety and cybersecurity regulations with customers, competitors, trade associations, and regulators to constructively shape regulatory outcomes.
- Partner with PCRA staff, leadership, and BUs to strengthen product emission advocacy efforts, promoting broad and deep engagement across the organization on regulatory matters.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Experience:
- College, university, or equivalent degree in field appropriate for the discipline required.
- Significant relevant work experience required. Experience leading global initiatives. Experience across organizations and global regions preferred.
