The Morgan Stanley Experienced Professionals Program (MSEPP) is designed to recruit professionals with diverse backgrounds and experiences, with or without a background in finance and to develop their banking skillsets through training and the apprenticeship model. This is a program with an emphasis on attracting populations who have experienced barriers to entry in the finance industry, including first-generation college students, people from economically disadvantaged backgrounds and others who can bring a unique and authentic perspective to Morgan Stanley as a result of their life experiences.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyzing detailed corporate and financial information
- Creating and analyzing comparative financial performance metrics
- Building models to illustrate projected financial results and value to companies
- Developing marketing memoranda and delivering sections of research presentation
- Participating in the execution of financings and M&A transactions
- Acting as the liaison for the team and other parts of the Firm
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Applicants must have graduated from a four-year accredited university and have 2 to 4 years of post-graduate work experience
- Strong analytical skills, client and/or project management skills, excellent written and oral communication, genuine intellectual curiosity, commercial instinct, strong work ethic and the ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.

TRAINING PROGRAM
The IBD program begins with a 6-8 week training and development curriculum to equip you with the fundamental and professional skills needed to be successful in IBD. The training program is designed to provide you with training on the skills expected and to further familiarize you with the different roles that investment bankers play with our clients. You will also participate in training and study sessions to prepare you for any required licensing and registration exams. Along with formal training, you will be assigned a mentor when you arrive at the firm.

COMPENSATION
Expected base pay rates for the role will be $110,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
