The Digital Product and Channels team builds the digital ecosystem for our prospects and clients through their digital channel of choice with a focus on improving customer experience, driving leads for our business, and underscoring our core values.

We are seeking a Digital Product Owner to help drive marketing initiatives through the strategic development and continuous optimization of our digital products across MorganStanley.com. You will own the product roadmap, manage the backlog, and align business goals with technical execution in an agile, customer centric environment. This role reports to the VP, Digital Product Management, within the Firmwide Marketing team, and offers an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver impactful digital solutions that enhance the customer experience and marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Roadmap Ownership: Define and manage product vision, strategy, and roadmaps to support firmwide key initiatives and sponsorships across MorganStanley.com.
Backlog Management: Prioritize features based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
Industry best practices and Competitive Assessments: Stay abreast of industry best practices by conducting competitive analysis and market research to understand digital best-in-class solutions too deepen digital engagement and capture propect leads.
Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders (across UX design, Analytics, business partners, and technology) and external vendors to translate business goals into actionable requirements.
Agile Execution: Write clear user stories and lead sprint planning, testing, and release cycles. Continuously work to improve the efficiency of the development process.
Analytics: Manage and track product performance, user feedback, and KPIs to inform ongoing product enhancements. Analyze data to identify trends and propose improvements to drive engagement and conversion.

You have:
2-4 years of experience balancing business objectives with technical execution in a product ownership role
Proven track record of delivering digital products using Agile methodology
Experience in leading discovery, defining product vision, OKRs, success metrics, and mapping user journeys
Comfortable navigating large matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to lead Agile teams and manage cross-functional initiatives effectively.
Proficient in translating high-level business goals into actionable objectives and technical requirements in an Agile environment
Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to distill complex problems into iterative, implementable solutions.
Strong communication skills, fostering collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders

You might also have
Experience with large-scale, high-visibility digital product initiatives involving technical, legal, and operational governance as well as regulatory requirements
Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers, analytics teams, and developers to deliver client-friendly products and user experiences
Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (particularly Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics)
Experience working with JIRA and Atlassian products
