Manages the delivery of all technology related initiatives across the business including monthly installs and new innovations, products, etc. Responsible for driving customer experiences leveraging data, analytics, and technology to drive learning agendas and insights for improvement.

This leader will work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize inspirational and seamless consumer facing experiences across Discover's digital properties. They will ensure that features delivered on Discover's digital properties are prioritized based on clear ROI and align to a multi-year enterprise business strategy. This role will be in support of key customer journeys including login and authentication and will require the ability to drive influence and alignment with cross-functional stakeholders across the enterprise. They will lead in a way that creates a culture of effective risk management, accountability, and demonstration of risk awareness across the organization.

How You'll Do It

• Responsible for driving customer experience leveraging data, analytics and technology to drive learning agendas and insights for improvement.
• Manages the delivery of technology related initiatives across the business including monthly installs and new innovations, products, etc.
• Develops, recommends and implements initiatives with technology partners to increase capabilities across the customer lifecycle.
• Responsible for managing applicable web insight tools to drive the business.
• Manages product focused team.
• Ensures operational and legal compliance across digital properties.

Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics


• Bachelors Business Administration and Management, Bachelor Engineering, Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Social Sciences.
• 8+ years General business experience or related experience
• 4+ years People management experience within product delivery

In Lieu of Education Experience

• 12+ years Product or technology delivery experience
• 15+ years of Product or technology delivery experience preferred

Bonus Points If You Have

• Masters Business Administration and Management, Information Technology or Engineering.
• 10+ years General business experience or related experience
• 6+ years Product delivery experience
• Other: SAFe, 6Sigma, or related Agile certification Upon Hire
• CSPO Certification

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $154,500.00 to $234,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
