The Prospect Management & Client Coverage team is embedded within the broader Strategic Client Management team, which is responsible for driving the Firm's Integrated Firm Strategy. The PMCC Associate/AVP will be responsible for supporting the Individual and Corporate Prospecting business, including oversight of reservation requests, resolving coverage conflicts as they arise, help create and maintain reporting for Sr. Leadership. The PMCC Associate/ Assistant Vice President specific responsibilities will include:

-Oversight and management of International Analysts on the team

-Coordinate daily workflow in support of MSWM individual and institutional prospecting efforts

-Maintaining time lines

- Establish a high standard for accuracy

- Work with PMCC US based partners in the support of Sr. Management communication around team performance

- Responsible for reporting of international team's output

- Be a key contributor to the PMCC management team representing the international team responsibilities

Qualifications

Skills/Abilities

- Bachelor's degree required. 6-9 years related industry experience with a general understanding of Wealth Management product and services

- Strong team leadership skills

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Solid data analysis experience

- Strong attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proven success with multi-tasking and working on multiple projects simultaneously

- Self-starter who will take initiative, learn quickly, and work independently

- Team-oriented, with high level of administrative and interpersonal professionalism

- Solid knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
