Meta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of automation of supply chain tooling initiatives, ERP Configuration projects that drive end-to-end supply chain efficiency. Technical Supply Chain Program Manager - E2E Supply Chain Solutions & Tools automation and Technical Solutions Responsibilities:
  • Problem Identification and Solution Development: Identify manufacturing, quality, and supply chain problems and develop process/system solutions to support scalable and robust supply chain automations.
  • Develop and execute Supply Chain Cross functional programs that align with business objectives and strategies.
  • Lead the design, development and implementation of automation solutions in supply chain with a focus in ERP (e.g. Oracle Cloud) and related technical solutions implementations in Supply Chain, spanning across all the functions (Planning, Order Management, Inventory Management, Logistic and Distribution, Procurement, related Master Data).
  • Develop Technical and Functional design specifications, configure, prototype, test and implement the Automation solutions to drive supply chain efficiency. Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle PL/SQL code for Supply Chain Management applications.
  • Cross-Organizational Coordination: Scope problems with a cross-organizational view and translate complex technical details into Automation Opportunities. Drive high-quality supply chain delivery and influence Cross functional teams & organizations(integrated with end to end upstream and downstream company's processes and tools). Develop and maintain complex reports, interfaces, and data conversions using Oracle PL/SQL.
  • End-to-End Execution: Drive the execution and delivery of technical programs from ideation through implementation and post-implementation.Define and manage project scope, timelines, and budgets and identify & mitigate risks, develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Establish clear metrics for Programs/Projects and drive continuous measurement and improvements.
  • Contribute to the community through organizational efforts to build and sustain a collaborative teams through, recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and/or development programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Technical Management: Extensive Supply Chain ERP technical knowledge to plan, implement, and sustain changes to achieve strategic goals. Translate technical strategy into structured programs and build comprehensive requirement understanding to deliver systemic solutions.
  • 7+ years of hands -on experience in architecting, designing, configuring, testing and implementing ERP (e.g. Oracle) Cloud Supply Chain Planning Solutions and the other integrated Applications - PIM, Inventory,Purchasing and Order Management.
  • Experience with implementing E2E solutions (e.g. Oracle, other 3rd party applications, and custom built solutions) across all the functions (Planning, Order Management, Inventory Management, Logistic and Distribution, Procurement, related Master Data).
  • Program Management & Execution: Experience managing complex execution in Supply Chain, prioritization, coordination, and dependency management.
  • Executive communication experience, working with different functions and leadership to ensure progress on goals.
  • Extensive stakeholder management: Influencing and holding stakeholders accountable for their contributions to complex manufacturing and supply chain problems.
  • Hands-on experience in Configuring, workflow automations and implementing ERP systems (e.g. Oracle) with an indepth knowledge in Supply Chain Planning function to support automations and transformations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • APICS Certification Preferred: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM).
  • Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL programming language (experience in PL/SQL code development).

$177,000/year to $246,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
