We're looking for a Program Manager to work alongside Content Studio and establish scalable, repeatable processes for workflows especially during rapid response needs. This individual will have proven experience managing time sensitive projects through completion while balancing priorities and a multitude of stakeholders. We're looking for both a strategic and executional thinker and clear communicator that can drive alignment between Communications, Marketing and other key cross-functional partners.
Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Partner with teams to execute on comprehensive strategy that are aligned to Communications goals and other critical cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Marketing)
- Establish and drive efficient Content Studio process across core teams and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent execution including driving alignment on reviews and approvals
- Communicate with Content Studio leadership on a regular basis to highlight progress and areas for improvement
- Support the team on identifying issues and escalate to the appropriate partners for swift resolution
- Support Content Studio team members to track and evaluate work, understand opportunities and support them towards resolution
- Drive proactive communication across Content Studio and its cross functional stakeholder teams to ensure radical clarity on project status, progress, milestones, deliverables and outcomes

- 5+ years of experience in Communications or Marketing Organization with a proficiency in operationalizing scalable systems (ie Program or Marketing Manager)
- Experience working with a variety of cross-functional peers and stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Policy, Engineers, Product Designers, Product Managers, Leadership)
- Experience collaborating within dynamic and matrixed organizations and managing high priority projects under tight deadlines
- Experience with a creative sense and communication skills, negotiator, problem solver, and collaborator
- Demonstrates above average organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple projects at one time
- Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment while having understanding for the big picture while caring about the details
- Experience working on issues proactively that require strategy and direction, analysis of situations and conceptual thinking
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Public Relations or related field
- Experience establishing and onboarding operational systems that drive results
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams and leadership
