Global Shop in Shop, Strategy Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategy and Operations Manager to join our Global Shop in Shop team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our stores, including performance management processes, store compliance, measurement, and employee incentives. Additionally, you will work with account and product teams to define the ongoing strategy and alignment with Meta's overarching retail plan.

Global Shop in Shop, Strategy Operations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our stores
  • Work closely with the Field Sales Manager to develop and conduct audits and secret shops to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage employee-seeded device asset management, including tracking and reporting
  • Develop and implement contests and incentives to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail, ecommerce, or a related field
  • Effectively work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects while maintaining a high attention to detail and ensuring accuracy
  • Built business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Formalized communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can analyze data and make informed decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in consumer electronics retail
  • Experience working with external agencies and vendors

$142,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
