We are seeking an experienced Physical Merchandising Manager to join our Global Shop in Shop team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for bringing our concept design to life at scale including the placement of products and marketing within experiential spaces, ensuring that our brand is represented in a compelling and engaging way.
Global Shop in Shop, Physical Merchandising Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
- Partner with vendors to produce fixtures, integrate tech, kit, and handle logistics for installation
- Create and distribute merch instructions, planograms, and partner with creative teams to design assets to ensure consistent branding across all locations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute visual merchandising plans - understanding of portfolio, experiences and retailer to ensure effective and realistic plans that are feasible and within realities of retail environment
- Coordinate with agencies and vendors to ensure timely and effective implementation of visual merchandising initiatives - from initial build to ongoing refreshes / launches
- Manage R&M (VPP, Replacement/Maintenance Processes, Install Coordination) to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising plans
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

- 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising and design program management in retail
- Understanding of visual merchandising principles and best practices
- Project management and coordination skills
- Can work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in consumer electronics retail is a plus
- Experience working with design and 3P labor agencies
- Experience with project management tools and techniques

$116,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
