We are seeking an experienced Technology Manager to join our Global Shop in Shop team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing technology needs of our stores, including break/fix, POS, demo and employee devices, and networks.
Global Shop in Shop, Demo Tech Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement network requirements to ensure seamless connectivity and data transmission
- Analyze demo engagement data and telemetry to inform business decisions and optimize store performance
- Manage all Shop in Shop technology, including hardware and software, to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime
- Implement heat mapping and IR sensors to optimize store layout and customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

- 5+ years of experience in technology management or a related field
- Experience using technical skills, including knowledge of network requirements, POS systems, and hardware and software management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven record of working effectively while prioritizing multiple tasks and projects
- Experience using data to make informed decisions
- Attention to detail while maintaining accuracy
- Communicate effectively to engage with diverse perspectives and audiences
- Experience in retail technology is preferred
- Experience designing consumer facing experiences

$128,000/year to $178,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
