The Meta Finance team is seeking a Finance Operations Lead with account management experience. Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager for North America, this role will be key in driving revenue operations for specific accounts and in increasing customer satisfaction across tools, processes, and relationships. This is a unique opportunity to work with a wide variety of stakeholders to provide solutions on customer service, risk and financial operations. You have a proven track record of relationship building, communication and influencing skills and will work closely with advertisers and sales teams in resolving escalated issues and complex customer disputes. The individual should be process driven with demonstrated experience to identify gaps and areas for improvement. The role is operational and requires a person with a "roll-up-your-sleeves'' attitude. A certain amount of travel will be expected.

Finance Operations Lead Responsibilities:
  • Provide dedicated relationship management to portfolio of advertisers to attain financial metrics, support revenue growth and increase advertiser satisfaction
  • Work cross-functionally with the sales team to align on business objectives/goals and support all areas of OTC
  • Attend sales meetings, participate in business development discussions and Quarterly Business Review sessions
  • Communicate/promote/educate new enhancements of tools and system updates as well as advocate for the advertiser for new enhancements
  • Set the quarterly targets and expectations of the assigned portfolio focusing on collection results and proactive risk measures
  • Meet with CFO's and CMO's quarterly to discuss state of business
  • De-escalate any finance related issues
  • Plan, lead and execute revenue operations initiatives that will have an impact globally
  • Up leveling the outsourced partner operations through analysis and constructive feedback
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience communicating/presenting to groups of stakeholders
  • Experienced problem-solver who identifies root causes and scopes possible solutions
  • Proven experience of successfully building trusting partnerships
  • Experience working independently but knows when to ask for support
  • Experience navigating uncertainty and is a self-starter with the skills to work on initiatives demonstrating a learning mindset
  • Experience of consistently working under your own initiative with internal and external stakeholders while driving desired outcomes
  • Proven record engaging with customers to discuss business planning or a conversation to resolve financial issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Financial Operations (such as: accounts receivable, collections, credit)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field
  • Experience in advertising technology
  • Experience working with an outsourced partner
  • Experience in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment

$107,000/year to $155,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
