Enablement Lead - Product Quality Programs Responsibilities:
- Implement Electronic Quality Management System (eQMS)
- Develop and Implement Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) Process
- Implement telecommunications company First Article Inspection (FAI) Process
- Partner with Cross-Functional Teams with engineering, product lifecycle management (PLM), and supply chain teams to ensure design decisions meet business goals.
- Analyze Data and Identify Areas for Improvement

- Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in product quality management
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving change management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS) and Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) processes
- Experience with quality management principles, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485)
- Experience developing and implementing effective end-to-end quality requirements and solutions.
- Experience implementing and managing quality management systems (e.g., eQMS, CAPA)
- Knowledge of electronic quality management systems (eQMS)
- Experience with Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) principles
- Experience with Telco First Article Inspection (FAI) processes
