We are seeking an experienced leader to head Audience Strategy & Delivery team, a role focused on leading the strategy and planning, driving audience engagement initiatives, and orchestrating seamless operations for business messaging marketing team. This position will lead the development of long-term marketing strategies, drive the annual planning, collaborate with leadership across marketing, sales, product marketing, and international teams to align resources and priorities. They will also mentor a team that will lead scalable measurement, delivery of martech solutions and last mile delivery of campaigns.
Audience Strategy & Delivery Manager, Business Messaging Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate annual, half-yearly, and quarterly planning cycles, ensuring priorities and key initiatives are aligned with organizational objectives.
- Drive monthly business reviews, leveraging data-based insights to measure performance, align on priorities, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Manage budgets and resource planning, ensuring effective allocation to deliver business initiatives and strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership to define audience-focused goals and establish accountability frameworks to track progress and performance.
- Lead horizontal planning efforts, aligning tools, technologies, and audience strategies across departments to drive consistency and operational efficiency.
- Build and mentor a team, foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive audience analysis and measurement to refine segmentation, improve targeting, and enhance the effectiveness of campaigns and marketing efforts.
- Enable the creation of dashboards and visualization tools to provide actionable insights for leadership and teams, facilitating data-backed decision-making.
- Ensure the last-mile delivery of initiatives, optimizing workflows, addressing challenges, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve high-quality, timely results.
- Enable the launch of new tools and platforms, ensuring seamless adoption and alignment with organizational goals.
- Spearhead data enrichment initiatives, enhancing the quality and utility of audience data to improve segmentation, personalization, and engagement strategies.
- Develop and maintain a campaign calendar and roadmap, aligning technology capabilities with business objectives and enhancing analytics and measurement frameworks.

- 10+ years of professional experience in roles focused on planning, strategy, operations, or consulting, with a emphasis on marketing or technology.
- 1+ years of experience building and leading teams.
- Proven track record on analytics and problem-solving, and synthesizing data and insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficient in communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration and inclusivity across diverse teams.
- Experience in budget management, resource planning, and delivering audience strategies with measurable outcomes.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks for continuous improvement and delivering smooth operations.
- Experience in delivering and integrating Martech solutions, including new tool launches and platform rollouts.
- Experience managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) delivery operations, ensuring campaigns are executed with precision and efficiency.
- Experience in data enrichment initiatives and data for segmentation, personalization, and measurement.
- Experience with launching new communication channels, ensuring operational readiness and successful implementation.

$150,000/year to $211,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
