As VP of Audience Lead Gen and CX Analytics you will be guiding your team to help us tackle new markets like wealth management and improve targeting and messaging within existing markets. You will develop segments, audiences and propensity-to-sell scores from 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data. These audiences will then empower our paid, earned, and owned partners to activate outreach, nurturing and sales across the full range of Prudential's client categories and commercial partners. We are looking for fresh ideas to strategically guide us through an exciting and challenging time in analytics, with the headwinds of PII privacy and the tailwinds of data abundance and AI. In addition to your lead gen responsibilities you will lead your team to continue to manage our CX analytics function. NPS is a major priority at Prudential all the way up to the C-Suite. This role helps the CX team quantify the incremental value of design and ROI to guide CX-driven improvements in business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Develop a strategy and roadmap to understand audiences, model behavioral propensity and generate leads across the full range of Prudential's client categories and commercial partners.
- Lead a team of analysts and data scientists to collect, analyze, and interpret customer data.
- Discover nascent audience segments and craft precise marketing initiatives to engage them.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Marketing Effectiveness and Digital Analytics to create an integrated view from targeting to effectiveness measurement.
- Collaborate across levels and functions with Business CMO, Media, MarTech & Ops and CX Teams
- Develop and execute strategies to improve customer experience (CX) and identify emerging customer opportunities across all channels to guide critical business decisions.
- Consult with business partners to develop CX and emerging audience roadmaps with particular emphasis on insights that accelerate growth
- Identifying and collaborating with research and trends team to pinpoint customer pain points and devising solutions to resolve them.
- Communicating insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Set a strategy to harness AI in analytics, lead gen and CX; ensure your team of analysts is equipped to embrace the opportunities presented by AI.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in the banking, financial services, or wealth management industry
- Proven ability to lead and manage a data and analytics team
- Strong influence, communication, and presentation skills, bridging gaps between data and business owners
- Ability to manage uncertain and unclear project scopes and develop smaller, deliverable plans
- Familiarity with external data sources and expertise in using internal and external data and advanced analytics to drive business decisions
- Strong understanding of emerging audience analytics trends and technologies
- Experience in developing and implementing customer acquisition, CX and customer migration strategy
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to business challenges with data and research
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- International experience is desirable
- Hands-on experience of Python, SQL, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics is desirable

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $185,100.00 to $250,500.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
