Description and Requirements

You will:

  • Develop, plan, and execute cross-functional marketing programs to meet business and category objectives.
  • Lead omnichannel retail marketing strategies, including in-store and digital touchpoints through retail media networks.
  • Oversee budget management, ensuring optimal allocation to drive partner marketing initiatives and business growth.
  • Build and nurture partnerships with retail and channel partners to enhance brand engagement and joint business ventures.
  • Apply subject matter expertise to retail marketing operations, including measurement system development and tool deployment.
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Strategic Alliances to align retail co-marketing efforts.
  • Provide strategic guidance on retail channel marketing policies and practices to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Manage departmental resources, short-term planning, and team development to foster a high-performance marketing organization.

Basic Qualifications

  • 12+ years in marketing or retail marketing
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Drive the implementation of appropriate measurement systems for the collection/reporting of defined marketing metrics and actions; ensure operational linkage with appropriate business functions

  • Proven ability to solve complex marketing challenges and develop actionable solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working across multiple functions to drive aligned objectives.
  • Strategic and data-driven mindset, with a strong background in retail and digital marketing.
  • Expertise in retail media networks, analytics, and capability development.
