The Opportunity:
As the Senior Manager, Insights, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our data strategy and driving actionable insights across the organization. You will play a pivotal role in driving Interos' presence in the market - leveraging interos's risk intelligence data to identifying trends, write analyses and create visuals, reports and blogs to communicate impact to the market.
Essential Functions/Duties:
- Data Strategy Development: Define and implement the overall insights and analytics strategy to communicate to the industry based on business objectives to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Insights Generation: Analyze data from various sources, including Interos risk intelligence data, customer feedback, usage patterns, and market trends, to provide actionable insights that inform business strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to identify key metrics and industry trends and produce value-based insights blogs, reports and go-to-market assets.
- Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain data vizualization and reports that communicate insights and trends to internal and external stakeholders.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for press relations, thought leadership and industry trends.
- Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting and analytics processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field or relevant work experience; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or insights roles, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Work experience in the supply chain, risk management, cybersecurity space or in research, investment, or consulting companies; experience with federal, retail or ESG industries is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling and machine learning.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).

- Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.
- Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role. Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
- Compensation range is base salary of $140,000-$180,000. The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
