Description and Requirements
Position Description:
Seeking a self-motivated and highly organized individual to manage NA Supply Planning & Backlog Management for Commercial Options & Visuals. This role is also responsible to interlock with key stakeholders such as China Procurement, Brand, Demand Planning, Fulfillment, and Distribution Centers to balance overall inventory and make product available to fulfill current market demand. In addition, this individual will oversee the Product Life Cycle process which will require strategic planning to ensure supply availability on launched items and inventory depletion on discontinued items to mitigate supply gap and/or E&O potential impact. The ideal candidate will exhibit a high level of technical and organization skills; by creating reports and/or dashboards to enhance visibility, track progress, and pro-actively identify opportunities.
Position Responsibilities:
- Drive Backlog Management & highlight Aged Orders as needed
- Strategize supply availability & proactively identify potential shortages/overages
- Participate in weekly calls with all Segments
- Create & Provide Executive Summary on Quarterly Supply Outlook & Recovery Plan to address aged orders
- Create necessary reports to maintain cross-functional alignment and track progress
- Responsible for Order Window, Sourcing, and Lead Time management
Position Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management is a plus
- Strong Analytical and Reporting Skills
- Strong Communication Skills - Fluent in English
- Strong Organization and Technical Skills
- Advanced knowledge in SAP
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work across multiple segments.
- Self-motivated, Self-Directed
- Attention to details
- Strong leadership skills and experience influencing others
- Prior experience with SAP
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
