岗位职责:
1.用户全域全周期营销、经营策略制定和落实,提升用户ARPU值(LTV)
2.流量运营,全业务视角跟踪动因、质量、结果,动态调整,提升总体ROI
3.跨端、跨触点、跨部门打通数据与流程,完善用户画像,提升触达和转化效率
4.建设LTV经营核心指标体系,目标制定、执行跟踪与策略优化
任职要求:
1.8年以上消费用户增长、运营或商业分析相关经验和专业方法论
2.8年以上消费(零售行业)全域营销策划、跨部门执行落地的实操经验
3.3年以上团队管理经验
4.优秀的规划设计创新思维、跨部门沟通协调能力、目标与成就驱动
