Description and Requirements
Job Responsibility
This is a Senior Program Manager role in Lenovo Global Learning Center (GLC) based in Beijing, with quite many co-operation with global team.
- Work closely with global sales enablement team from different BG and GEO, on sales enablement program plan, design, and delivery
- Work as a Learning consultant to understand/collect sales enablement requirements based on business strategy and pain points
- Work as a Program Manager, to do end to end learning program management, including requirements collection, plan, design and delivery with good feedback result, and finally contribute to the business results
- Deliver and facilitate training program, engage with participants actively in the training session
Position Requirements
- 10+ years' To-B Sales Enablement experience in Multi-national companies, high-tech companies preferred, Head Quarter working experience preferred
- Deep understanding to organization's business strategy and pain points; rich learning consultant experience to effectively conduct consultative conversation with business leaders and sellers
- Rich experience on sales enablement program design, to accelerate organization's performance improvement
- Rich experience on global program/project management and deployment with strong leadership and influence capability
- Fluent English communication skills with different GEOs
- Great presentation, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Facilitator / trainer experience preferred
- Master's Degree preferred
