Description and Requirements

职位描述:

业务拓展负责区域内IT管理服务业务和DaaS业务拓展:

1.区域市场洞察和区域市场拓展策略制定和执行;

2.区域内关键订单支持;

3.产品Offering赋能和生态合作伙伴经营。

任职要求:

1.本科以上学历,计算机通讯相关等相关专业;

2.5年以上IT行业工作经验,熟悉IT服务管理行业背景;

3.熟悉IT服务外包行业业态,具备丰富的客户圈子和潜在的客户圈子;

4.熟悉IT服务外包行业,特别是基础架构运维,应用运维外包的技术背景;

5.熟悉IT管理服务的offering,熟悉产品背景;

6.非常好的沟通能力和沟通技巧;

7.非常好的客户关系和背景,能够快速了解客户需求并匹配客户需求,完成销售;

8.性格外向、反应敏捷、表达能力强,具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧,具有亲和力;

9.具备一定的市场分析及判断能力,良好的客户服务意识;

10.有责任心,能承受较大的工作压力;

11.华为、HP、IBM、AC 凯捷等大型企业的IT服务外包销售管理经验背景。
