Description and Requirements

工作职责 Duty Description

1. 负责行业客户关系管理,制定相关业务计划,积极有效推进客户经营,完成销售业绩目标。

2. 负责销售商机管理挖掘,了解未来客户需求,并确定新的商机以实现新的收入目标。

3. 捕获、理解客户需求并将其转化为业务及技术解决方案,提供有关数字化需求及数字化转型的咨询。

4. 对市场中的创新技术进行研究,寻求在指定行业中的潜在应用等,运用对行业和IT趋势的了解来开发强大的战略解决方案。

5. 拓展新客户,了解客户需求,进行客户关系维系,捕捉新机会,完成新客户业务拓展业绩目标;

6. 管理创新渠道,将创新思想转化为市场应用,进行谈判并赢得新业务。

7. 协助高级利益相关者的管理和提案制定。

8. 与潜在的技术及解决方案合作伙伴确定并建立合作关系,以提供集成解决方案。

9. 完成上级主管分配的其他相关任务。

职位要求 Qualification

1. 信息系统计算机科学或相关学科本科以上学历。

2. 至少有10年ERP类解决方案销售经验,大厂销售经验优先考虑。

3. 有稳定的客户关系,尤其大中型企业。

4. 良好的客户管理经验,及与业务用户和交付团队良好的沟通能力。

5. 熟悉大数据、云计算、AI等先进技术。

6. 具有分析和解决问题的能力,良好的自我激励能力及人际交往能力,并具有良好的工作积极性。

7. 良好的人际交往能力以及良好中英文口头和书面沟通能力。

8. 能接受因业务需要的出差。
