The Role
As an Associate Director of Procurement Strategic Sourcing at Kyndryl, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both internal and external clients with their sourcing and delivery needs. This position requires a deep understanding of end-to-end sourcing and procurement practices, particularly within the software category. You will manage key strategic supplier relationships, negotiate critical agreements, and drive business results for key stakeholders. Your ability to analyze changing client and market conditions and perform detailed analysis within your managed commodity scope will be essential. Additionally, you will assist in complex transactions and negotiations at the geo level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop strategic supplier relationships within the software category.
- Negotiate key agreements to drive business results for stakeholders.
- Analyze market conditions and client needs to inform sourcing strategies.
- Assist in complex transactions and negotiations at the geo level.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve procurement processes and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Who You Are
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
- Advanced stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in complex bid management and project management.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Legal background is a plus.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
