The Impact of a Customer Value Director to Coupa:
The Customer Value Director is responsible for helping customers accelerate and elevate the value they receive from their Coupa investment, taking ownership and accountability for ongoing value realization. They provide strategic thought leadership and will monitor customer performance, relationships and progress towards success goals.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and refine Customer Value Plans as well as define and review measurable Success Metrics
- Identify next-level value creation opportunities
- Conduct scheduled customer check-ins and lead Customer Value Reviews with key Coupa and Customer stakeholders along with leading customer value metrics workshops
- Develop customer value roadmaps and manage renewals
- "QB" Coupa internal resources as needed
- Share best practices ideas, product information, and relevant Coupa news and support/drive customer marketing campaigns
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- Proven experience in Procurement, Procure to Pay, Source to Contract, Sourcing and Category Management, or Accounts Payable.
- Experience with Software as a Service is a must.
- Good background in customer/client management.
- Strong communication skills, including professional writing skills, verbal skills and experience presenting to customers.
- Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
