JOB DESCRIPTION
Create and activate the brand strategy for Enterprise initiatives, through owing brand strategy and creative development across a variety of business portfolios. Lead development of marketing assets/creative elements, and targeted growth strategies within focus markets. Drive overall go-to-market strategy, ensuring all campaigns are grounded in a clear brief in support of the business and marketing strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the brand and campaign strategy development processes demonstrating the ability to enroll and enable others across a multi-functional team
- Utilize full-funnel approach from awareness to conversion through retention
- Create integrated campaigns, with a bias for action and assess and calculate risk and opportunity costs to drive decisions that deliver against consumer needs and business metrics, including growing sales and/or HH, awareness/equity, and ROI
- Lead the strategic collaborative briefing process for creative/executional needs to effectively balance business and brand/consumer goals to create clear, compelling briefs that are based on insights/data that unlock the business opportunity
- Work with cross-functional team to develop frameworks, models, tools, and processes to ensure data influences decisions
- Work closely to integrate with external agency partners and align on work flow/process, anticipate different scenarios and find opportunities for continuous improvement
- Partner closely with cross-functional partners and own strategy discussions to innovate and develop dynamic engagement strategies
- Leverage insights to continually learn and adapt our brand approach within constantly shifting consumer segments and identify opportunities to unify segmentation models
- Partner with our marketing analytics team and agency partners to create and implement measurement plans; drive insights into campaigns
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
- Develop new brand processes and evolve existing ones to help us scale and grow effectively and efficiently
- Utilize agile marketing methodology to prioritize work and create rapid test-and-learn infrastructure
- Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
- Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues
- Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults

QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications or related field
- 10+ years progressive marketing experience leading integrated marketing campaigns, including strong digital components, that span channels and consumer targets
- 8+ years of brand experience within retail, CPG or agency with a proven track record of developing consumer-driven marketing strategies that deliver business results and brand growth
- Experience guiding strategic creative development and partnering well with agency teams to achieve business and consumer goals and objectives
- Deep understanding of brand building fundamentals, including experience coaching/developing others in this space
- Must have good working knowledge of digital marketing channels; experience with traditional media (i.e., TV, radio, OOH) a plus
- Master's Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 3+ years experience working for an omnichannel retailer
- CPG or private label marketing experience
- CPG brand management experience on a global brand
