Sr Marketing Manager

What's the role?

HERE Technologies is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for the AMERICAS region to drive lead generation along with account and market growth strategies.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to create and execute innovative marketing strategies that inspire growth and deepen customer connections. You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to bring fresh ideas to life and ensure our campaigns are delivering results.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute regional lead generation strategies that align with global marketing objectives.
• Implement field marketing initiatives, including events, webinars, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), email nurturing, case studies, and social media campaigns.
• Collaborate across sales, marketing and product to ensure regional alignment and optimize local impact.
• Manage high-touch marketing programs that increase brand awareness, accelerate the sales pipeline, and build customer relationships; including industry conferences, proprietary events and other customer engaging tactics.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of marketing efforts to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support the development of customer profiles and account segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns.

Who are you?

You are an experienced marketing leader with a passion for executing innovative B2B campaigns and most of the following:

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the AMERICAS market and customer communications.
• Strong experience in go-to-market planning, multi-channel marketing, and B2B SaaS environments.
• 5+ years of experience working in a matrixed organization.
• Expertise in project management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for on-site event support.

The expected base salary range for this position is $154,000 to $220,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills and experience. 

This position is also eligible for a target annual performance, which is subject to company and individual performance.
