The role sits within JPMC's Corporate Third-Party Oversight function (CTPO) which is responsible for defining and implementing supplier/third party oversight (TPO) and JPMC Inter-Affiliate Oversight (IAO) programs managing third party and outsourcing risk across the firm. This includes building awareness of the program at the firm and ensuring consistency globally across Lines of Business/Legal Entities and Corporate Functions. The major focus of the program is to ensure our vendors are performing to the same high standards that JPMorgan Chase holds itself accountable to including client service, quality, control, regulatory compliance, business resiliency and protection of information. This is accomplished by educating Program stakeholders on Program requirements and their roles and responsibilities.

As a Supplier Assurance Services Exam Management Lead within CTPO, you will drive, develop and oversee responses to informational requests and concerns shared by first, second and third lines of defense as well as external entities such as regulatory authorities and clients, ensuring strong positions on key program tenets are appropriately and proactively conveyed. You will also have responsibility to review and assess regulatory consultations against the Corporate Third Party program positions and support the drafting of responses as may be required.
Job responsibilities:
- Report directly to the CTPO APAC Lead and matrixed into the global organization.
- Ensure complete and accurate understanding of and responses to requests for Supplier Control Assessment program and execution information
- Interpret clearly and articulate requests as needed; manage, review and approve standard responses and artifact submission; develop and present complex responses to leadership, key stakeholders and partners
- Ensure requests are tracked and presentation is overseen to quality standards and timely completion
- Ensure proactive escalation of matters requiring further review or intervention
- Support key stakeholders and partners in cross functional and cross regional teams, in understanding relevant aspects of the Third Party Oversight and Supplier Assurance Services programs, lifecycle, execution practices and supplier risk awareness in order to support collective exam management activities
- Partner with CTPO Exam Management, Regulatory Advocacy, Supplier Assurance Services Assessment Operations and regional SAS Governance and Stakeholder Management functions to drive appropriate and timely treatment of requests for information
- Identify opportunities for improving the SAS exam management function and activities, as well as JPMC's Third Party Oversight and Supplier Assurance Services programs
- Support regulatory consultation reviews and drafting of the CTPO program's position
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a cybersecurity, technology and operational controls, information security, technology audit, technology compliance, third party risk management governance or technology outsourcing discipline
- Good communication and presentation skills across various stakeholders and senior management, with the ability to directly and positively influence
- Good time management and planning skills along with the ability to handle multiple assignments at the same time
- Excellent knowledge of assessment processes, including the identification and classification of risk
- Experience working within an APAC financial regulated environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Possession of an active security or information risk certification ( e.g. CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, etc.)
