As a Global Operations Specialist within the Digital Platform Services Cross Product Change Services (CPCS) team, you will be responsible for accelerating and promoting key programs focused on digital capabilities for our Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) line of businesses and clients. You will play a key role in developing a more efficient and scalable infrastructure, enhancing our client experience and controls, and commercializing our firm's assets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design business processes to capture the impact of technology on current workflows.
• Understand and establish current and target process flows.
• Analyze and articulate requirements to the wider team, including Application Development, Product, Operations, and Quality Assurance groups.
• Maintain documentation, including test strategy, test plan, entry control, and exit control, following best practices.
• Document UAT test scenarios by identifying test scenarios and developing test scripts.
• Execute test scenarios and capture evidence in Jira.
• Identify defects or gaps and track them to closure.
• Track progress and review project tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
• Organize meetings, prepare materials, and record minutes.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks proactively to management and stakeholders.
• Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet end objectives.

• You must have 5+ years of experience
• Must hold at least Bachelor's Degree or above
• Gain functional experience in one of the CIB businesses, such as Payments, Custodian, Trade Instruction Capture, Settlements, Asset Servicing, Client On-Boarding/Market Infrastructure On-Boarding, Reference Data, or Fund Services.
• Develop problem-solving skills with the ability to structure and scope complex problems, apply various technology/analytical tools, synthesize insights, and develop recommendations.
• Strengthen organizational skills to take strategic direction and independently develop/manage projects or programs, with a proven ability to frame opportunities, own issues, and follow tasks/issues through to resolution.
• Enhance client engagement skills to closely partner with senior leaders, business contacts, and other stakeholders on projects.
• Improve the ability to multi-task and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Cultivate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Acquire automation skills using tools like OAC, OBIEE, Visual Analyzer, Oracle BI Publisher, Alteryx, and Tableau, along with languages such as Python, SQL, and PLSQL, and cloud platforms like AWS and Oracle Cloud etc
