As a Testing Associate within our Cross Product Change Services (CPCS) team, you will be part of the Digital Platform Services Operations organization. Our team is dedicated to accelerating and driving key programs across various lines of the Corporate and Investment Bank. You will work within a change delivery services organization, collaborating with business analysts, project managers, test analysts, and process re-engineering analysts to support change initiatives across global locations. You will focus on Securities Services, which includes custody of client assets, trade instruction capture, settlements, asset servicing, cash management, complex assets custody, foreign exchange, and transaction reporting areas. You will contribute to executing change programs aimed at implementing strategic architecture, developing simplified user interfaces, complying with regulatory changes, and enhancing interactions between clients and custodians. Additionally, you will support reference data changes and enhanced client reporting across all areas, among other change initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
- Document and execute test scenarios by identifying specific scenarios and writing test scripts using Business Driven Development.
- Utilize test automation tools to enable efficient and timely end-to-end test execution, requiring previous experience in automated testing.
- Take responsibility for monitoring and reporting testing defects and managing the re-testing process.
- Validate and present test results for internal sign-off.
- Deputize for the Test Manager as necessary in project calls and communications with relevant colleagues.
- Identify opportunities to accelerate and synergize testing processes for assigned projects and share information with team members for validation prior to implementation.
- Build relationships with technology teams to drive smoother sprint planning, test-driven development, test automation, and methodology of requirements.
- Maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Demonstrate functional knowledge of Asset Servicing systems such as Bancs, TITAN, MCA, AIRS, CAPS, or ACU.
- You must have 5+ years of experience
- Work in Corporate and Investment Banking functions, Security Services, Global Markets, or Middle Office.
- Apply relevant testing experience within the Financial Services industry, supporting multiple lines of business in complex, high-pressure, and high-volume environments.
- Utilize expertise in Agile project delivery methodology and adapt to evolving methodologies.
- Execute functional testing processes, defining requirements, documenting user stories, and writing test scripts through to execution.
- Use effective systemic data-driven reporting to support program reporting.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or above
- Solve complex problems by structuring and scoping them, applying technology/analytical tools, and developing recommendations.

- Gain hands-on experience with data analytics, process automation tools, and test automation tools
