FCPS consists of Fraud Prevention and Claims & Dispute Call Centers and Back office functions located across domestic and international locations.
As a Senior Analytics Solutions Associate in our Fraud Prevention team, you will safeguard customers and enhance their experience. Your role involves transforming large datasets into actionable insights, promoting business efficiency and decision quality. You will collaborate with leaders across Fraud Operations, Risk, Product and Controls to enhance our data & reporting capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide data analytics & reporting expertise to business leaders across various departments in Fraud Prevention Operations
- Engage with business leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs and provide them with meaningful data points to help make key business decisions, effectively explain the events and tell succinct data stories
- Leverage advance analytics techniques including data mining, clustering, AB testing, predictive modelling to provide solutions, build capabilities and identify process improvement opportunities
- Conduct data-driven case studies to understand root-cause of fraud events to identify process gaps
- Build and manage various data reporting including key operations and performance metrics
- Own up and drive tasks in our book-of-work; these tasks require proficiency in programming and data analysis including application of advanced analytics & data modelling techniques
- Manage team of data analysts and assign tasks.
- Conduct trainings and help team acquire relevant data & analytics skills
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant technical or quantitative fields (e.g., Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, Statistics)
- 6+ years of experience in core analytics & reporting
- Must have working advanced knowledge of SAS and SQL.
- Hands-on knowledge of data visualization tools Tableau and/or Power BI
- Technical knowledge of using advance analytics techniques ranging from data mining, data manipulation, insight extraction and predictive modelling
- Outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (oral and written)
- Ability to influence stakeholders to take action/ facilitate buy-in of recommendations
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to new project initiatives or changing business requirements
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Master's degree in relevant technical or quantitative fields (e.g., Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, Statistics).
- Experience in other analytical tools is a plus including R, Python, Alteryx
- Proven story-telling skills and tell succinct data stories through PowerPoint slides to leadership and non-technical audience
