As a Product Delivery Manager in Fusion team, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. You will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects that ensure the successful delivery of client implementation and change for Fusion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, aligning with strategic goals and ensuring accurate interpretation and delivery of client needs. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Partner to ensure resources are allocated efficiently and manage team performance to meet project goals.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly to minimize impact.
  • Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance project delivery.
  • Gather feedback and incorporate lessons learned into future projects.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Excellent program leadership skills, able to work collaboratively and influence effectively across the wider team to drive collective delivery.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies e.g. Agile
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in project management tools including JIRA, Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • A PM certification such as APMP would be beneficial.
  • A Program Manager with a track record of successful delivery is highly desirable.
  • Experience in Investment Data Management, Analytics or AI would be beneficial
  • A PM certification such as APMP would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of product management lifecycle a plus
