The Portfolio Management & Coordination team for the CIB Chief Analytics Office is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of the analytics operating model in the entire CIB. The position would manage (directly and matrixed) a diverse talented team that includes specialists in project management, product management, and analytics. The position will become an integral part of the CAO team helping to driving forward the AI/ML agenda across the CIB by supporting its strategic priorities, providing portfolio governance, contributing to business development and building up the wider AI/ML community. Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist the CIB CAO leadership team in driving strategy, growth and setting of priorities
  • Responsible for the enhancements and coordination of the CIB analytics operating model
  • Work directly with in-business partners in CIB sub-LOBs (Markets & Sec Svcs, Investment Banking, and Payments) to identify strategic priorities and high impactul opportunities to leverage analytics
  • Work directly with analytics teams, business stakeholders and business managers / CFOs to define KPIs and costs/benefits
  • Oversee the Book of Work including tracking of benefit realization, Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), time tracking, dashboards and analytics, and coordinate the reporting of analytics use cases to both CIB and firmwide senior leadership
  • Partner with CIB CDO team to ensure alignment and leverage of the CIB data framework
  • Partner with firmwide Chief Analytics Office to prioritize the workstreams for AI/ML experts and embed these technologies in both internal and client-facing products.

Qualifications:

  • Successful track record of driving change to deliver impact
  • Prior experience in supporting AI/ML teams
  • Business management or program management experience preferred
  • Understanding of AI/ML technologies
  • Prior experience in managing large book of works
  • Ability to work across multiple functional teams to continually streamline the delivery lifecycle and resolve critical project issues and/or dependencies
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to establish trust and credibility across JPMorgan
  • Ability to comfortably interact at the C-level with clients and JPMorgan senior management
  • Seasoned public speaking skills
