As an Associate in the payments business management team you will support the APAC Head of Client Onboarding and Services (COS) in driving strategic initiatives and achieving financial goals. Additionally, you will support the Sales Business Management team in delivering strategic projects related to Payments Sales

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary Business Manager for the APAC Head of Client Onboarding and Services.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business, its products, systems, and end-to-end processes to effectively support COS and Sales strategies and priorities.
  • Oversee COS planning and expense procedures, and support the Sales Business Management team in similar processes.
  • Collaborate with the Planning & Analysis (P&A) team to ensure client analytics are accurate and meet business needs.
  • Support the governance process for Sales deals.
  • Assist in crafting high-impact presentations for senior management and delivering insightful analyses to senior executive
  • Partner with global Business Management colleagues to ensure consistency across COS and Sales teams worldwide.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking or the financial services industry
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with senior management and business stakeholders confidently.
  • Proactive, diligent, and possessing a strong work ethic.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Knowledge of Payments or Banking products being advantageous.
  • Experience with CRM databases (e.g., Dealworks, SCOTS, Salesforce, Client Manager) is a plus.
