Job Responsibilities
- Book new loans and complete transactions on existing loans.
- Review and process various forms of monetary transactions on applicable commercial loan systems.
- Complete transactions and transfer funds to internal general ledger or DDA accounts.
- Process transactions for customer relationships using ACBS, Loan IQ, Servicing Express, and VLS loan systems, and track incoming customer requests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, focusing on high-volume or unique activities requiring interaction with internal market and credit partners.
- Calculate interest and fee accruals for billing, and handle miscellaneous debits and credits related to loan funding.
- Research detailed requests from line of business partners related to processed transactions.
- Resolve transaction exceptions or rejects, and participate in projects and working groups as required.
- Meet service level expectations and achieve team and individual productivity and quality goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Hold a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of loan servicing and customer service experience or equivalent.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, working quickly and accurately in high-pressure environments.
- Maintain a strong client focus mindset, consulting and advising clients, answering inquiries, and managing difficult conversations effectively.
- Focus on ownership, follow-up, and relationship management consistently.
- Multitask efficiently to handle various responsibilities.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Navigate PCs skillfully and be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
