As a Product Manager in Liquidity & Accounts Solutions Product Development you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Establishes robust program governance, creates project plans and drives successful delivery of program milestones
  • Partnering across product, operations, CS&I and other functional groups to undertake business analysis to document requirements
  • Leads in program governance meetings, partnering with delivery managers to create well structured, impactful written content to provide accurate and concise reporting of program status, risks/issues across all levels
  • Partners across product, operations, functional groups to identify efficiencies , streamlines operating models and influences management and stakeholders towards certain outcomes
  • Drives Change Readiness activities to ensure business and functional teams are full ready ahead of go live
  • Supports program related governance activities across Product development portfolio
  • Develops a rich understanding of the Wholesale Liquidity & Escrow product suite and infrastructure, including drivers of revenue, capabilities vs. industry/customer needs and current business priorities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proven expertise in product management or a relevant domain area delivering multi-year cross functional programs
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Experience of undertaking business analysis and process re-engineering
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships and build credibility with technology, functional partners, and senior management
  • Proven knowledge of payment products and platforms
  • Intellectually curious with 'constant improvement' mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to translate complex technical, operational or regulatory information into coherent messages for key partners, senior management
  • Appreciation and adherence to robust risk and control approaches

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Prior knowledge of J.P Morgan's Funds Control process
  • Strong PowerPoint and Visio skills will be beneficial for the role
