JPMorganChase' Receivables Operations delivers lockbox services to clients for multiple lines of business across the firm. The Lockbox Operations division enables customers to outsource their accounts receivables functions by accepting traditional paper-based payments, digitizing supporting documents, and capturing key information on their behalf.

As an Executive Director for our Receivables Lockbox, you will be a global leader, overseeing the Healthcare Data Key Operations teams. You will lead a large, complex multi-shift operation across the multiple time zones, influencing the strategic direction of the business and ensuring best in class delivery for our clients. Collaboration with senior management, vendors, external clients, and internal partners in Technology, Sales, and Product is core to the role.

Job responsibilities:
- Building and managing, a large scale, complex, multi-shift keying operation with up to 70 employees and contractors; including training, task allocation, setting deadlines, and managing performance
- Formulating strategic, operational, and tactical objectives aligned with organizational goals

- Managing people, risk, process, suppliers, and vendors in order to ensure timely, consistent, high-quality output
- Manage the organization's operational budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources; eliminate waste, continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency; conduct risk assessments and implement preventative measures in order mitigate potential risks
- Support Managing a separate transaction processing operation from end-to-end, including the implementation of operational policies, processes and services
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Demonstrated ability to develop a vision and strategy while working in a highly collaborative manner on execution
- Ability to gain credibility and respect among business leaders, key internal & external stakeholders and staff by demonstrating curiosity, expertise, sound decision making, and possessing excellent communication, influencing, and negotiating skills
- Experience leading a large, complex operations team with a highly engaged workforce through establishing meaningful connections with people across all levels of the organization
- Exhibits excellent judgment and experience making high-impact decisions with accountability and ownership of outcomes
- Excellent analytical skills and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail; experience using data to adhere to budgets, manage team and individual performance, identify trends, and to solve problems
- Comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to change; capable of adjusting strategy or process in response to dynamic business environment and unexpected changes; ability to navigate large organization with confidence
- Strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skill to motivate teams, make decisions, and guide the organization toward operational goals
- Ability to travel frequently and ability to work non-traditional hours and/or additional hours as business needs arise
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Operations management expertise and passion for continuous improvement; experience standing-up an operation and executing process and innovative strategies
- Creative problem solver who is outcome oriented, with proven ability to improve operations performance
- 10+ years management/leadership experience in a business discipline, or relevant work experience in an Operations environment (Logistics, Manufacturing, Hospitality, etc.)
- Exhibits a commercial mindset - attitude of personal accountability for the Firm's resources
This position will require you to work non-traditional hours and/or additional hours as business needs arise.
Travel is required.
Training program is 2-4 weeks at a separate on-site location.
