The Senior Executive Director to the Chief Customer Officer serves as a strategic business partner and key support function, managing complex projects, communications, and operational initiatives across the customer organization. This role acts as an extension of the CCO, attending executive meetings, synthesizing critical information, and driving follow-up actions to ensure successful execution of strategic priorities. The Senior Executive Program Director will be responsible for developing executive-level communications, analyzing business performance data, and managing cross-functional relationships while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality. This position requires approximately 25-50% travel and functions as the primary liaison between the CCO's office and other business units, external stakeholders, and key customers.

In this Role you will perform...

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with the CCO to develop and implement strategic initiatives across the customer organization. Transform high-level executive discussions into detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Executive Communications Management: Craft and manage all forms of executive communication including board presentations, customer communications, and internal messaging. Ensure the CCO's voice and vision are effectively conveyed across all platforms and audiences.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Lead the development of executive reports and analytical frameworks to monitor business performance and customer health. Synthesize complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making at the executive level.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the CCO's office and key stakeholders, including executive leadership, board members, and strategic customers. Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Meeting Management & Follow-through: Participate in executive-level meetings, capture key decisions and action items, and drive follow-up initiatives. Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively develop solutions to keep strategic initiatives on track.
  • Project Portfolio Management: Oversee the CCO's portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring appropriate prioritization, resource allocation, and timely execution. Manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Operations & Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency within the CCO's organization through process optimization and automation. Implement and manage systems to streamline workflow and increase productivity.

You have what it takes if you have...

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience to include at least 2 years of experience at a management consulting firm with demonstrated success in client-facing roles
  • Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to craft executive-level presentations, memos, and communications that drive action
  • The ability to create compelling visuals and analyze complex datasets
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic with a whatever-it-takes attitude to get the job done
  • Proficient in the use of AI and activation of social media
