We're looking for recent graduates who are proactive, creative, and self-promoten for this full-time internship. As part of the Latin America Rates tech product organization team, you'll contribute to delivering priorities related to Fixed income, Money Markets, and bonds financial products, collaborating with tech teams worldwide and user support areas across Latin America.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Recent graduated students or (thesis pending) of Control Management, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering , Civil Engineering, System Engineering
- Methodical and organized.
- Problem solving oriented and team player;
- Good communication skills are required.
- Fluent in English;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
- Agile methodologies

Job responsibilities:
- Follow up different tasks from different teams;
- Support on prioritization process and control of backlogs (JIRA);
- Help updating JIRA (deliverables and epics) for the Rates Product Controls
- Support on Metrics, Reporting updates and data quality.
- Follow JPMorgan Methodology and Procedures;
- Understand and follow JP Morgan Controls;
- Communicate formally with different teams such as Technology, Operations, and Finance in English
