As a Digital & Platform Services Business & Strategy Manager - Executive Director within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic vision of the organization. You will serve as an essential partner and trusted advisor to the Digital and Platform Services Business Head, Chief Financial Officer, and Strategy Lead, promoting strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
You will provide strategic thought leadership and data-centric analysis to inform and guide high-level decision-making. You will also own the governance and delivery of Digital and Platform Services strategic priorities, ensuring alignment with the broader organizational goals. Job Responsibilities

- Strategic Communication: Contextualize the D&PS strategy, accomplishments, and initiatives for effective communication across the organization.
- Problem Solving: Lead efforts to resolve diverse and complex problems identified by D&PS business leaders, ensuring solutions align with strategic objectives.
- Industry Insights: Monitor industry trends and share insightful reports and analyses to inform strategic planning and execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with lines of business to optimize their organizational structure in alignment with strategic goals.
- Value Optimization: Focus on business outcomes and proactively seek opportunities to improve value for money, driving strategic efficiencies.
Required Qualifications
- Strategic Experience: Extensive experience in business and strategy, including roles in internal strategy or management consulting firms.
- Relationship Management: Strong relationship and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with Senior Business Executives.
- Financial and Technical Acumen: Familiarity with financial and technical concepts, operating models, and a commitment to staying abreast of industry trends.
- Decision Facilitation: Ability to organize and prioritize critical issues and required information to facilitate efficient decision-making; provide oversight and guidance to the team on projects based on strategic priority and importance.
- Data-Driven Problem Solving: Experience applying data analysis to solve business problems, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration, including working with stakeholders and diverse teams to solve complex problems.
- Innovative Thinking: Willingness and ability to challenge the status quo and think creatively to drive strategic innovation.
