Job responsibilities
- Graduate with at least 5+ years of experience, preferably in back-office operations with experience in people management.
- Operate independently in a self-directed environment. Demonstrate strong analytical skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exhibit a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Manage people effectively, motivating the team consistently.
- Display drive, energy, and enthusiasm; results-driven with a proven track record.
- Collaborate effectively at all organizational levels, influencing others to reach consensus. Must be reliable, trustworthy, honest, and committed.
- Drive results through effective communication, influence, and interactions. Adapt to change, ambiguity, debate, conflict, experimentation, and informed risk-taking. Maintain a flexible attitude towards working hours due to workplace demands.
- Demonstrate solid intellectual capacity for process improvements. Provide excellent client focus and customer care practices.
- Manage time effectively to meet exchange and front-office deadlines. Keep management continuously informed of any issues.
- Govern complex workflows with a control mindset, using checklists and tools (e.g., Excel) for actions and QA procedures, and communicate and escalate high-level metrics to top business levels.
- Build strong relationships across the F&O/OTC stack, influencing teams to prioritize deliverables. Exhibit a tenacious attitude, escalating effectively if bottlenecks develop.
- Manage multiple metrics to gain clarity and focus on issues/bottlenecks. Possess prior experience in clearing functions (e.g., Top day Clearing, trade allocation, resolving T+1 breaks).Have knowledge of F&O and OTC infrastructure, understanding system hierarchies and inter-relationships is advantageous.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Graduate with at least 5 + yrs of experience.
- Analytical and detailed: strong analytical skills with complementary communications and presentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy; Solid intellectual capacity for process improvements.
- A strong sense of ownership and responsibility; Excellent Client focus and Customer care working practices
- Strong people management skills & ability to motivate the team at all times
- Drive results through people, communication, influence and interactions
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Graduate with 5 years of experience preferably in back office operations with exp in people management.
