Key Responsibilities:
- Data Governance Framework - Develop and implement integrated data governance framework to ensure accuracy of financial data across actuals, planning and reporting.
- Policy & Documentation Development - Create and enforce data management policies, standards and procedures across financial operations to deliver complete and accurate data. Documentation maintenance includes but not limited to: Data Scope, Data Dictionary, L3/L4/DTPs and WI.
- Data Quality Management: Ensure relevant and actionable data quality rules in alignment with the Common Information Model.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure financial data management practices comply with relevant industry standards.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders - Act as a liaison between finance and other departments to promote a culture of data stewardship, understand business data needs and ensure effective data handling.
- Technology - Fully utilize and support enhancements for master data intake tool, BW Utility, ServiceNow and other master data governance tools.
- Training and Awareness: Build or refresh training materials and lead training sessions on data governance principles and practices with MDM, GBOs, and representatives to foster a culture of data stewardship.
- Support ad hoc finance data related projects as well as establishing new and/or improving existing processes
Qualifications
- A minimum of five to seven (5-7) year of finance related experience
- A minimum of five to seven (5-7) year of financial systems related experience
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced working environment
Preferred:
- Experience working within an SAP environment
- Experience working with Finance Master Data and hierarchies
- Experience in data profiling
- Experience with documentation creation and maintenance such as desk top procedures
- Experience using Microsoft Visio
Other:
- Ability to be at the New Brunswick, NJ site at least three (3) days per week is required and may travel up to 10% of the time.
Compensation/Benefits
The anticipated base pay range for this position is 100000 to 172500.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

- Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
- Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year
- Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
