About the Role

We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst II to support the execution and continuous improvement of our compensation programs. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with different teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and competitiveness in our compensation practices.

As part of our team, you will support compensation and benefits processes, conduct data analysis, and help ensure alignment with internal policies and market practices. You will work closely with HR partners and other stakeholders, gaining exposure to regional and global compensation practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support compensation processes including salary reviews, benchmarking, and job evaluations.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, inconsistencies, or opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and business partners to provide timely and accurate compensation insights.
  • Assist in preparing compensation reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Help ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.
  • Contribute to the documentation and improvement of compensation processes and tools.
  • Participate in vendor management activities and support the administration of benefits programs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or a related HR role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to work with data sets.
  • Solid Excel skills required , including practical use of functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic data formatting.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Experience with Workday, SAP, or other HR systems is a plus.
  • Interest in continuous learning and developing expertise in compensation & benefits.
