We’re looking for a Compensation Solution Architect to help us design, implement, and continuously improve our Sales Compensation system using Varicent v10. You’ll be part of a global, innovative team that builds scalable, efficient, and automated solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the implementation of the Varicent compensation tool
- Automate and optimize Sales Compensation processes
- Integrate Varicent with the Sales Planning system
- Develop end-to-end solutions in Varicent v10 – from design to implementation
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of business requirements
- Maintain high coding standards, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency
- Follow Agile methodologies to deliver solutions efficiently
- Support system operations and ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Collaborate on future projects to introduce new tools and systems

Who are you?
- Hands-on experience in Varicent ICM v10
- Experience with Varicent Workflow and Webform components
- Understanding of compensation systems and how they integrate into business processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- SQL proficiency – strong in data handling and query optimization
- Familiarity with ITIL processes for service management
- Knowledge of relational database design and best practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- A proactive and innovative mindset
- Fluent English
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with end-to-end implementation of Varicent ICM
- Varicent Certification
- Python knowledge
